Spain to Try Posada Carriles, US

Madrid, Aug 24 (Prensa Latina) The Madrid Committee for the Release of
the Five, unfairly imprisoned in United States, proposed the
celebration of popular trials in Spain to terrorist Luis Posada
Carriles and that country's government for their crimes.

The organization works for years for the freedom of Gerardo Hernandez,
Ramon Labanino, Antonio Guerrero, Rene Gonzalez and Fernando Gonzalez.

The judiciary process will be at a public place and preceded by the
edition and distribution of information propaganda corresponding to the
celebration of each hearing.

Members of the Committee have devised the way of the process,
composition of the table, speeches and the defense team if appears,
presentation of witnesses and probably relatives of victims of the
crimes committed by Posada Carriles.

The idea is to record them and distribute copies to mass media and
embassies, as well as encourage the movement of European solidarity to
hold a Trial of the Peoples of Europe with identical aim.
