Iran Ayatollah: Peace Talks Fake 

Tehran, Oct 13 (Prensa Latina) Iran's Supreme leader Ayatola Seyed Ali
Khamenei warned on Saturday that the aim of the November peace
conference on the Middle East sponsored by the US would help Israel
rather than Palestinians.
 
   "Every conference held in the name of peace has only caused more
harm to Palestine, so the autumn peace conference is an imposition on
Palestinians," said the supreme leader.

   Ayatola noted in his speech for people praying to mark Iran's
celebration of the Eid al-Fitr.

   The Iranian supreme leader wondered how other governments could
attend the US-sponsored conference, and said "other Muslim countries
should also see it as fake." 

   Ayatola praised Palestinian resistance saying their elected
government Hamas has been standing firm in spite of all pressures,
knowing that they, themselves must save their land.
