N Korea Consdemns US Military Plans

Pyongyang, Dec 25 (Prensa Latina) The People's Democratic Republic of
Korea on Tuesday denounced the aggressive US plans to launch a
pre-emptive attack against its territory, which lie behind the talks
with North Korean authorities.

A commentary by Rodong Sinmun daily, organ of the Korean Workers'
Party, reads that the dialogue sets the grounds for a confrontation and
is military choice to mentally disarm North Korea.

The publication recalled the US air force recently held maneuvers on
the peninsula, and F A-18 and KC-130 planes based abroad were deployed.
